NESTA Exhibition

NESTA invited Scott Jarvie to showcase the Atlas Project in their London Headquarters. The exhibition consisted of the Atlas Chair and Table plus two sculptural pieces that underpinned the thinking behind the project.

The Atlas Sculptural Screen is a scaled up fragment of the Atlas Chair. It served to visually unite the individual pieces on display and shared their conceptual lineage. Whilst being facilitated by modern technology, all of these pieces represent a timeless cornerstone in art, design and innovation – where the mind is able to assimilate a resolved mental image from primitive visual cues.
