Aperitivo Tray

Aperitivo Peroni serving system brand extension project. Proposal for a system to serve Peroni Beer and Aperitivo foods in a resolved and elegant manner. The project was a collaboration between Alessi and Peroni. The design ambition was to create a system that would improve social navigation while providing a platform for positive brand presence.

Like an illuminated taxi sign, light indicates availability. The Aperitivo Tray, when placed over the central light, indicates that a table is occupied and the holes in the bottom of the tray allow the light source to illuminate the bottles or glasses creating a soft light, as an alternative to a candle.
