Last month I had the pleasure of participating in an ‘in-conversation’ with Scott Krugger, Head of Exterior Design at Alfa Romeo, for Alfa’s UK press event for the new Stelvio Quadrifoglio.

It was a great pleasure to learn that my Dish Drainer designed for Lakeland has been selected for the permanent collection at V&A Dundee and very exciting to see it housed in the Scottish Design Galleries in Kengo Kuma’s magnificent building.

We are very proud to announce that Scott Jarvie has been selected as a V&A Dundee Design Champions in recognition for his work in the field of product and furniture design.
Today the winner of the national competition to design the external surface of the Scottish Baby Box was announced. I had the pleasure of being involved in the judging of this historic competition. It was great to see the range of designs, all of which were underpinned by interesting ideas. Special congratulations to Leanne Young, whose design will go into production this summer.
The By Design Grant offered by Scottish Enterprise could contribute up to £5,000 to assist Scottish Companies in developing new products, processes or services.

An exhibition of leading Scottish Designers
Northern Lights showcased the work of nine leading contemporary Scottish Designers working in Scotland. The exhibition took place in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London during the London Design Festival in September 2016 and was curated and organised by the V&A Dundee.
