DESIGN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
PHYSICAL PROTOTYPING
Test rigs and proof of concept prototypes; ergonomic foam studies; aesthetic models; and file preparation for all CNC based prototyping systems.
DESIGN ENGINEERING
Design for Manufacture informs every stage of our product design development process, where our design output is underpinned by our understanding of the technical and economic challenges of the project. producing A1 surface CAD files suitable for industrial production; drafting technical reports; Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess the structural characteristics of our designs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Managing the design process – corresponding with stakeholders including clients, manufacturers, subcontractors, IP attorneys and product users; commissioning and managing prototyping and fabrication; overseeing site installation and roadmapping projects, ensuring the most efficient use of time.
CONCEPT
